Keith Lintz Promoted to Chief Financial Officer, McWane Ductile

Jeff Otterstedt is pleased to announce the promotion of Keith Lintz (pictured) to the new position of CFO, McWane Ductile. In his new role, Keith will report directly to Jeff and oversee the accounting and credit operations of each of the three McWane Ductile operations, Canada Pipe Company and McWane Poles.

In Ohio, Dave Cotterman will assume many of Keith’s duties into the position of Divisional Controller and Jody Hall and Gary Merlino will continue to lead their operations.  Greg Zabel will continue in his role as Controller of Canada Pipe/Clow Canada with the Canada Pipe responsibilities reporting to Keith.

When announcing the change, Jeff said, “This change is a result of what I believe to be a natural progression of the development of the Ductile Iron Pipe group and will allow us to function more effectively in the future.”
