Tyler Pipe & Coupling Update on Right Stuff Challenge

The Tyler Pipe & Coupling team has now completed Month #2 of the Right Stuff Challenge and we are proud to report that things are going great! The competition is broken down into three categories:
Category 1:
Team members eat breakfast, log their daily health habits, drink plenty of water (half their body weight in ounces daily) and are physically active for at least 30 minutes or more every day while getting 7 or more hours of sleep nightly.
Category 2:
Percentage of weight loss - Team Member goal is to lose pounds to achieve a healthy weight
Category 3:
Lose inches – Team member goal is to lose inches
